ABL's staff, especially Lisa M. and Lisa P., provided excellent, straightforward support and expertise that helped ease all of our anxieties and emotions - from the initial phone conversation and through the finalization of our son's adoption. Lisa M. kindly and patiently answered our may questions, and we could tell she was personally invested in helping us become parents by finding the perfect situation for us. Lisa P. worked closeley with our son's birth parents to make them comfortable and guide them through the process. We can't say enough about the job ABL did in communicating with and respecting both the adoptive parents and the birth parents, which was important to us in choosing an adoption agency. The relationship ABL established with both sets of parents helped make the journey as smooth as possible. Not a day goes by since the birth of our son do we not think of ABL and how they change our lives. We cannot wait to work with them again.
